Christmas Eggs with Country Ham and Holiday Sauce

Filed under: Bernaise Sauce, eggs, food, ham, Home Meals — Tags: , , , , — momsdiner61 @ 5:33 pm

There is nothing like a holiday breakfast and everyone seated around the table, together and in the holiday spirit. The best ever such breakfast is Christmas Eggs with Holiday Sauce, toast or English muffins topped with paper-thin slices of country ham and poached eggs, topped off with a generous helping of “Holiday Sauce,” also known as Bernaise Sauce on every other day but Christmas. It is holiday comfort food at its best!
