Edward’s Sausage Links

There seems to be a theme here, namely that Edward’s pork products from Surry County are unbeatable for flavor and tradition! For the Christmas holiday (or anytime, really), fry some Edward’s links in a skillet with a little olive oil until just crispy on the outside, then eat it plain or with bread and cheese (Cabot’s sharp cheddar complements this smoked pork link quite well) for a delicious breakfast or a snack anytime. They are also yummy cooked on the grill and served up hot!
